Working Hours

As much as we love what we do, our families are important to us, so we take weekends off. An exception would be around the major holidays where we make time for more clients due to an increase in demand.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 06:00pm

Friday: 08:00am – 04:00pm

Saturday & Sunday : Closed

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule an appointment?

Simply fill out your details in the form on this page. We will contact you to set up a consultation for a day and time that fits your schedule, during this time we will go over your project expectations, fee and a timeframe for completion.

How long does it take?

This depends on the scope of work. At our consultation I will give you an estimate on a time frame for completion.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

We understand life happens, however we require a 24 hour notice so we can add another client to your appointed time. If this is not respected we will charge an 'Inconvenience Fee' of $50.00

How do you charge for your services?

We do not charge hourly, our fees are based on a per job basis. In addition, we require 3 days notice. Any projects which are time sensitive will be charged an 'Urgency Fee'.

Do I Need to be Home?

If you will be present we request you allow us to work distraction free. Our mission is to complete your project in a timely manner, so we can move on to our next client. As much as we would love to chat we do not engage in conversation, or work with clients hovering over us. If this is not respected we will politely leave and you will be charged for time spent and expenses.

Do I need to clean before you arrive?

We can't stress enough we are not a cleaning business or housekeepers. Our services include: decluttering, implementing our system for purging to prepare for items to sell or donations, and organization of your spaces.

What form of payments do you accept?

For a secure transaction we have an app on our phone which is processed through Stripe, where we accept major credit cards. We also accept Cash App. Of course cash is always welcomed. We do not however accept checks.
